Too cold for my tomato seedlings

We've hit a cold spell here on the SoCal coast. I had my tomato seedlings, newly hatched in December and January, outside but brought some of them back inside, namely the ones less cold tolerant: Sudduth's Brandywine, very unhappy with the cold, and Momotaro. Siberian and Black Cherry seem to be doing just okay so they stay outside.

I think I have to find out how to make a greenhouse.
